Questions from agency owners

We have 4 agents. Does Team plan cover us?

Yes. Team plan supports up to 5 team members at $49/month total. If you need more than 5 seats, contact us for a custom quote - we can go higher without white-label ceremony.

Can our accountant see everything without touching operations?

Yes. Assign the Accountant role - they see invoices, receipts, payment status, and revenue analytics, but cannot edit tour content or send client-facing communication.

Do you support multi-currency?

Yes. Set the workspace default currency for internal reporting, but each individual quote and invoice can be issued in any currency your client prefers.

What about VAT / GST on invoices?

You can configure tax percentages per component in your library. The invoice PDF shows the tax line item and total. If your country needs specific invoice formatting we do not yet cover, contact us - we prioritise these by region.

How does onboarding work for the team?

The owner sets up the workspace (logo, brand colors, hotel library, activity library, bank details for invoices). Then invites team members by email. Each invited member logs in and immediately sees the shared library. Typical agency is fully onboarded in a day.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You retain read-only access on the Free tier limits and can export every trip, guest, and invoice from Settings. On account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
